Return & Refund Policy

At Overland Tool & Industrial Supplies., we aim to provide high-quality tools, geosynthetics, mining and construction supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the conditions below.

1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 7 business days of receiving the item.
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels and documentation included.
  • Please note: A 10% handling fee will be applied to all returned items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and operational requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used tools or equipment.
  • Installed or cut geosynthetics or geotextile materials.
  • Custom-ordered, special-order, or project-specific items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@overlandindustrial.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos for reference. 
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions before shipping the item back.
  3. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once received, we will inspect the item and process the return accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Refunds may be denied if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.

5. Exchanges

If you require a different product, size, or specification, please request an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
