At Overland Tool & Industrial Supplies, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within South Africa.
  • If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Special-order or project-specific items (such as certain geosynthetics or bulk industrial supplies) may require additional processing time of up to 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated shipping times:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days β€” R180.00

Free Local Delivery (East Rand Area): On orders above R1500.00 β€” FREE

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays).

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
  • Free local delivery is available for orders over R1500.00 within the East Rand area.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, or natural disasters.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts,
  • the customer will be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
